Pressure Cooker Hard Boiled Eggs

Ingredients

  • Eggs
  • 1 cup ml water
  • Ice water for an ice bath

Method

  1. Pour the water into the pressure cooker insert.
  2. Place a trivet or steamer basket in the cooker and arrange the eggs on top.
  3. Seal the lid and cook on High Pressure for 4 minutes.
  4. Allow a natural pressure release for 5 minutes.
  5. Immediately transfer the eggs to an ice bath and chill for 5–10 minutes.
  6. Peel and serve, or refrigerate until needed.
