Pressure Cooker Hard Boiled Eggs
Ingredients
- Eggs
- 1 cup ml water
- Ice water for an ice bath
Method
- Pour the water into the pressure cooker insert.
- Place a trivet or steamer basket in the cooker and arrange the eggs on top.
- Seal the lid and cook on High Pressure for 4 minutes.
- Allow a natural pressure release for 5 minutes.
- Immediately transfer the eggs to an ice bath and chill for 5–10 minutes.
- Peel and serve, or refrigerate until needed.
