For a 24cm pie tin

Ingredients

  • 300g flour
  • 150g butter or margarine, cubed
  • 40g powdered sugar
  • 60ml water
  • A pinch of salt

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients to the bowl of a stand mixer with the dough hook and knead until it forms a smooth dough.
  2. Form into a ball, wrap with cling film and place in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
