Sweet Pie Crust
For a 24cm pie tin
Ingredients
- 300g flour
- 150g butter or margarine, cubed
- 40g powdered sugar
- 60ml water
- A pinch of salt
Method
- Add all the ingredients to the bowl of a stand mixer with the dough hook and knead until it forms a smooth dough.
- Form into a ball, wrap with cling film and place in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
