Stir Fried Noodles
Ingredients
- 150g baby corn, sliced into thin strips
- 150g mange tout, sliced diagonally
- 150g rice noodles
- 1 carrot, sliced into thin strips
- 2 garlic cloves, sliced
- 3 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Method
- Heat a little oil in a wok.
- Add the vegetables and garlic to the wok and stir fry for a few minutes, until tender.
- Add the teriyaki sauce and salt and pepper.
- Add the rice noodles and stir fry for 1-2 additional minutes.
