Stir Fried Noodles

Ingredients

  • 150g baby corn, sliced into thin strips
  • 150g mange tout, sliced diagonally
  • 150g rice noodles
  • 1 carrot, sliced into thin strips
  • 2 garlic cloves, sliced
  • 3 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Method

  1. Heat a little oil in a wok.
  2. Add the vegetables and garlic to the wok and stir fry for a few minutes, until tender.
  3. Add the teriyaki sauce and salt and pepper.
  4. Add the rice noodles and stir fry for 1-2 additional minutes.
