Add a tablespoon of dry flour to the bag and shake it to coat the inside of the bag.
In a small bowl, mix the spices and oil.
Place the chicken and vegetables in the bag, add the spiced oil and tie loosely, ensuring there is plenty of air inside the bag to help food brown. Cut a few slots on the top of the bag to allow steam to escape.
Place the bag in a deep roasting tray, ensuring it’s large enough so the bag doesn’t hang over the sides.
Place the roasting tray in the oven and roast for 20 minutes per 500g of poultry, plus an extra 20 minutes.
