Roasted Red Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 6 red potatoes
  • 5-6 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp chicken or beef soup stock powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Flaky sea salt and ground black pepper

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Peel the potatoes and cut them into medium sized pieces.
  3. Place the potatoes in a roasting tray, sprinkle with the chicken soup powder and garlic.
  4. Season with flaky sea salt and freshly ground black pepper and drizzle with the olive oil.
  5. Roast in the oven at 180°C for 45 minutes to an hour.
