Roasted Red Potatoes

- 6 red potatoes
- 5-6 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp chicken or beef soup stock powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Flaky sea salt and ground black pepper
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into medium sized pieces.
- Place the potatoes in a roasting tray, sprinkle with the chicken soup powder and garlic.
- Season with flaky sea salt and freshly ground black pepper and drizzle with the olive oil.
- Roast in the oven at 180°C for 45 minutes to an hour.
