Roasted Grapes

Ingredients

  • 3 cups (~450-500g) seedless table grapes
  • 1½ tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1½ tbsp sherry vinegar
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • (1 tbsp brown sugar or maple syrup, optional)

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  2. Add the grapes to a baking sheet and toss with the olive oil, vinegar, salt, and a good grind of black pepper and sweetener, if using.
  3. Bake for about 10 minutes, or until the grapes start to burst and char in places.
