Roasted Grapes
Ingredients
- 3 cups (~450-500g) seedless table grapes
- 1½ tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1½ tbsp sherry vinegar
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- (1 tbsp brown sugar or maple syrup, optional)
Method
- Preheat the oven to 220°C.
- Add the grapes to a baking sheet and toss with the olive oil, vinegar, salt, and a good grind of black pepper and sweetener, if using.
- Bake for about 10 minutes, or until the grapes start to burst and char in places.
