Raspberry Jam

Ingredients
- 300g frozen raspberries
- 200g sugar
- 1 Granny Smith apple, cored and halved
- Half a lemon, juiced
Method
- Mix the raspberries with the sugar and let sit for 30 minutes.
- Transfer to a saucepan and add the apple and lemon juice.
- Cook on medium heat for 15-30 minutes.
- To check if it’s done, place a dollop on a frozen bowl or spoon, and if it sets and does not run, it’s done.
- Discard the apple and optionally strain through a sieve.
- Transfer to the fridge to set completely.
