Ingredients
- Juice of two pomegranates plus half a cup of pomegranate juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 0.5 lb (225g) strawberries
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Extra pomegranate seeds for garnish
Method
- Combine sugar and juice in saucepan and stir until sugar completely dissolves.
- Process the strawberries and strain, and add to pomegranate mixture and then add lemon the juice.
- Freeze overnight, then blend and scoop into hemisphere mould.
- Let firm up overnight and serve with a sprinkle of pomegranate seeds.
