Ingredients

  • 500g baby cucumbers
  • 200ml water
  • 200ml white vinegar
  • 20g salt
  • ¼ tsp peppercorns
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Large bunch of dill
  • 4 garlic cloves

Method

  1. Heat the water, vinegar and salt over medium heat until the salt dissolves and it reaches a boil.
  2. Pack the cucumbers into a pickling tin and add the peppercorns, garlic, bay leaves and dill and top with the pickling brine.
  3. Let cool and seal.
