Pickles
Ingredients
- 500g baby cucumbers
- 200ml water
- 200ml white vinegar
- 20g salt
- ¼ tsp peppercorns
- 2 bay leaves
- Large bunch of dill
- 4 garlic cloves
Method
- Heat the water, vinegar and salt over medium heat until the salt dissolves and it reaches a boil.
- Pack the cucumbers into a pickling tin and add the peppercorns, garlic, bay leaves and dill and top with the pickling brine.
- Let cool and seal.
