London Fog
Ingredients
- 1 Earl Grey tea bag
- ½ cup whole milk, chilled or hot
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- Boiling water
Method
- Brew the tea in water and let steep until the desired strength has been reached.
- Meanwhile, combine the milk and vanilla extract in a pourable container.
- Use a handheld milk frother to froth the milk for about 15-20 seconds, until doubled in volume and it has reached the desired consistency.
- Pour the milk into the tea, stirring to combine.
