Lamb Stew

Ingredients
- 300g lamb neck bones
- 250g potatoes, diced
- 2 small onions, sliced
- 2 medium carrots, sliced
- 150g swede, diced
- 1 tbsp flour
- 200ml lamb or beef stock
- 2 bay leaves
- ½ tsp dried mint
Method
- Season the lamb bones with salt and pepper and sear in a hot pan until well browned.
- Remove and place in the bowl of a slow cooker.
- Fry the onions until just starting to soften.
- Add the potatoes, carrots and fried onions to the slow cooker, add the herbs and sprinkle the flour on top.
- Add the stock and stir together.
- Cook for 6-8 hours on low, or 4½-5½ hours on high.
