Dried Mango
Ingredients
- 2 mangoes, peeled and sliced into ¼" pieces
Method
If using an oven: 1. Set the temperature to the lowest possible setting and place mangoes on parchment-lined baking sheets. You may need to keep the oven door slightly ajar to release moisture, so cooking times may vary. Dehydrate for 8-12 hours. 2. Check every few hours for desired texture. The mango should be dry yet pliable. 3. Once the mangoes have reached the desired level of dryness, remove from the dehydrator and allow them to cool completely. 4. Store the dehydrated mango in an airtight container at room temperature. If using an air fryer: 5. If using an air fryer, set the temperature to 57°C or use the dehydration function. Place the mango slices in the air basket and dehydrated for 4-6 hours.
