Citrus Vinegar
Ingredients
- 2 limes
- 2 lemons
- 1 orange
- 500ml distilled white vinegar
Method
- Scrub the citrus fruits well, then zest and juice the citrus. It should yield about 150ml juice.
- Combine the vinegar with the juice and zest in a sterilised glass bottle.
- Let sit at room temperature to infuse for at least a few days.
