Citrus Vinegar

Ingredients

  • 2 limes
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 orange
  • 500ml distilled white vinegar

Method

  1. Scrub the citrus fruits well, then zest and juice the citrus. It should yield about 150ml juice.
  2. Combine the vinegar with the juice and zest in a sterilised glass bottle.
  3. Let sit at room temperature to infuse for at least a few days.
