Ingredients

  • 270g chicken necks, wings or turkey necks
  • 1 medium courgette
  • 4-5 medium carrots
  • 250g pumpkin
  • 1½ tbsp chicken stock powder
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • ½ bunch dill
  • (2 small pieces ginger, optional)

Method

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a pot and season with freshly ground black pepper
  2. Conver with water and bring to a boil on low heat.
  3. Turn the heat down slightly and simmer for at least two hours.
