Beef Kebabs

Ingredients
- 450g beef steak mince
- 75g lamb fat
- 1 medium onion, grated
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp dried mint
- 1 tsp dried parsley, or a bunch of fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp matzo meal or breadcrumbs
- 1½ tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- Pinch of cayenne
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Method
- In a large bowl mix the mince, fat, onion, matzo meal, oil and spices and mix until it comes together.
- Cover and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C.
- Form the mixture into 7-8 kebabs.
- Lightly oil the baking tray with olive oil and add the kebabs, lightly oiling the them on top.
- Bake for 20-22 minutes, flipping halfway. Optionally, give them another 2-3 minutes on grill to finish.
