Beef Bone Soup
Ingredients
- 2-4 beef marrow bones
- 1 medium courgette
- 4-5 medium carrots
- 250g pumpkin
- 1½ tbsp beef stock powder
- 1 bunch parsley
- ½ bunch dill
Method
- Place all of the ingredients in a pot and season with freshly ground black pepper
- Conver with water and bring to a boil on low heat.
- Turn the heat down slightly and simmer for at least two hours.
